WWE Superstar Big E Visits SC4K for Backpack Build Event
SC4K was honored to be named one of three WWE Community Champions Showcase Partners leading up to the SummerSlam event in Cleveland on August 4, 2024. In preparation for the event, WWE Superstar “Big E” stopped by to help assemble backpacks for local students in need.
Volunteers on the 40-foot backpack assembly line included individuals from the Cleveland Browns, SC4K Board of Directors and Associate Board, and Help 2 Others Camp students working in unison.
Stuffed backpacks were immediately distributed to over 100 local students from four SC4K Distribution Partner Organizations –Boys and Girls Club-King Kennedy Club, Lexington Bell Community Center, Friendly Inn, East End Neighborhood House. Students loved posting for photos with Big E and the Commemorative Belt that was presented to the organization. Beloved Cleveland Browns Mascot, Chomps, was also a big hit! Thank you to everyone who made this day a great success.
